K-State’s Duffie missing practice time as Cats continue prep

K-State’s pre-season practices continue with 25 days until kickoff but one major piece is being held out for the time being. Coach Chris Klieman says offensive lineman Christian Duffie has been sidelined with an injury.
Kli – When Duffie should be back

Duffie has started 35 consecutive dating back to the 2020 season, which is the longest current streak on the team. He started all 14 games at right tackle in his junior campaign last fall.
Klieman mentioned he’d like to see the offensive line rotation develop to a consistent eight or nine players for the season, but that Carver Willis, John Pastore and Andrew Leingang are among the players who could see time at right tackle if Duffie’s absence continues into the season. He also noted that Cooper Beebe could move out to that slot, as well.
