K-State men’s basketball adds Serbian superstar Andrej Kosti? to 2025 class
Jerome Tang has landed an international superstar to his 2025 roster. Adding 6’6” guard Andrej Kostic (Andre Cost-itch) from Serbia.
18 year old Kostic is currently playing for Serbian professional basketball club KK Dynamic. In 39 games this season, he is averaging 14.3 points, 2.7 assists, and 2.6 rebounds per game. He is also shooting the ball at a high clip at 43% from the floor, 36.2% from three, and 77% from the free throw line.
Kostic has been a member of the Serbian U18 National Team where he averages 15.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. The 6-foot-5 guard helped the team win gold at the 2023 European U18 Championship. He also won silver with the same team in the 2024 championship, where he scored 23 points against the German U18 team.
He is the 5th commitment for K-State’s 2025 recruiting class. Joining transfers Nate Johnson, Abdi Bashir and Khamari McGriff. Plus, high school prospect Exavier Wilson.
