Family ties cross Sunflower Showdown lines

Kansas State senior offensive lineman Taylor Poitier grew up a KU fan.
It’s understandable. Poitier grew up in the Kansas City area, went to high school at Bishop Miege and loved basketball. He grew up going to Bill Self basketball camps, and his childhood bedroom is painted in Jayhawk crimson and blue (although he says he doesn’t sleep in there anymore).
