K-State volleyball records best start since 2013

Highlighted by a season-high 14 blocks and a match-high 18 kills from freshman Addison Massey, K-State topped Nevada in four sets, 21-25, 25-20, 25-21, 25-15, Sunday afternoon at Virginia Street Gym.

After dropping the first set — the first opening-set loss of the season — the Wildcats rallied to secure their sixth consecutive victory, marking the program’s best start to a season since 2013. With the loss, Nevada fell to 0-7.
