K-State soccer stays perfect over SDSU

Kansas State soccer continued its perfect start to the season with a 2-0 victory over South Dakota State, using goals from Langley Mayers and Gabby DeMers and another strong defensive performance to move to 4-0.

For the Jackrabbits, it was the first time they had conceded a goal this season after opening the year by outscoring opponents 20-0. Their first two victories came against Manitoba, a Canadian university program, and a Division II opponent, but the win over Washington State gave South Dakota State a significant early-season test.
