1. Lee Achieves Rare Scoring Effort
• With her 36 points against North Florida, Ayoka Lee achieved a rare scoring feat. According to HerHoopStats.com, Lee is the first player since at least 2009-10 to score 36 or more points with an 88.0 percent or better field goal percentage, 100.0 percent from the foul line and to do it in less than 25 minutes.
2. Sides Leading the Nation
• Freshman Taryn Sides is displaying her passing ability to begin her collegiate career. Sides leads the nation in assist to turnover ratio (6.71) and has dished out 47 assists (4.3 apg) to just seven turnovers while coming off the bench this season.
3. Sundell Approaching 1K
• Junior Serena Sundell needs 44 points to become the 45th player in program history with 1,000 or more career points. When Sundell reaches the 1,000-point mark, she will become the first player in program history with 1,000 or more points, 400 or more assists and 50 or more blocked shots.
4. Lee To Pass Williams on Rebound List
• With one rebound, senior center Ayoka Lee (963) will pass former K-State teammate Peyton Williams (967) for third on the K-State career rebounds list.
5. Double-Double in Trouble-Trouble
• Ayoka Lee has 52 career double-doubles and needs one more to set the school record for double-doubles in a career and pass Kendra Wecker (2001-05, 52).

• In its last four games, K-State has dished out 103 assists (25.8 apg) which is 23 or more assists in all four games. In the first seven games this season, the Wildcats had handed out 120 assists (17.1 apg).

• The Wildcats handed out a season-high 29 assists against McNeese State on Dec. 6.

• On the sideline, Oral Roberts is led by second-year head coach Kelsi Musick. The 2002 graduate of Cameron owns a 18-22 (.450) record during her time in Tulsa.
• The Golden Eagles feature five players averaging double figures and are led by Taleyah Jones and Jalei Oglesby.
• Jones, a sophomore guard from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, paces the Golden Eagles in scoring (16.8 ppg), three-point field goals made (15) and is second for field goals made (54) and steals (12). Against Science & Arts Oklahoma, Jones led all scorers with 22 points.
• Oglesby, a redshirt sophomore guard from Howe, Oklahoma, is second on the squad in scoring (14.9 ppg), field goals made (57), field goal percentage (.528) and is second in rebounding (8.6 rpg). Wildcats Off to Fast Start
• Kansas State has opened the season with a 10-1 overall record.
• This is the fourth time in the Jeff Mittie era. The Wildcats also started the 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons with 10-1 records.
• In program history, K-State owns 12 seasons with a 10-1 or better start to a season.

• Fans and media may notice a stuffed four-legged friend on the K-State bench this season.
• During the summer, the K-State coaching staff encouraged the team to get gaps which are three consecutive stops on defense and to do this seven times in a game.
• Before the season, head coach Jeff Mittie asked Serena Sundell, Gabby Gregory and Ayoka Lee to make this their own and to embrace the three straight defensive stops. Enter Gap Goat.
• Gap Goat, who can be followed on Instagram (@GapGoat7), is hoisted aloft when the Wildcats register three consecutive defensive stops. Gap Goat lives at the Ice Basketball Training Center and comes to Bramlage and on road trips to get gaps.
• Gap Goat’s apparel includes a K-State jersey and gold chains with one chain featuring a goal number seven pendant.
• Gregory chose a goat because it is her favorite animal.
